(collectively, "Cricfare", "we", "us", or "our"). We appreciate the importance of your trust and have set forth this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain how we collect, protect, share and use your information as part of our App & Website. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described. You may visit and browse the App without providing personally identifiable information about yourself.
This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") becomes effective immediately for unregistered users and users registering accounts or otherwise acknowledging the Policy on or after the revision date. We, Cricfare, as the data controller ("CRICFARE", "we", or "us"), explain in this Policy how we collect, process and/or use information that we receive via our Mobile Application(s); Website(s) and any email(s) that we send (collectively, the "Platforms") that link to this Policy, as amended from time to time.
This Policy describes how Cricfare collects, processes, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. For purposes of this Policy, personal information shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
You warrant and attest that you are at least Thirteen (13) years of age. By using the App/Website, you are confirming that you meet the minimum age requirement and are fully able to understand the contents, meaning and impact of the Privacy Policy and warrant and represent that you are fully able and competent to enter into and be bound by the same.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will indicate at the top of this page the date this Privacy Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by this Privacy Policy or any future Privacy Policy, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by CRICFARE in connection with the services offered by it. This includes information collected offline, direct marketing campaigns, sweepstakes and competitions, and online through our App, branded pages on third party platforms and applications accessed or used through such Apps or third party platforms which are operated by or on behalf of CRICFARE. This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use entered into between the user and CRICFARE, for use of the applicable App.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
Information collected by third party Apps, platforms and/or applications ("Third Party Apps") which we do not control; Information collected by Third Party Apps which you access via links on the App ("External Apps"); or Banners, sweepstakes and other advertisements or promotions on Third Party Apps that we may sponsor or participate in. These Third Party Apps may have their own privacy policies and terms of use. We encourage you to read them before using such Third Party App.

CRICFARE does not expose your Contact Information such as Mobile Number; E-Mail address with any external 3rd Party, except if specifically requested by the Tournament Organizers. However, at the time of enrolling for the Tournament, the User may have shared his/ her Contact Information with the Organizer. Profile information shall be used for networking with other community members or may be visible to advertisers or other registered users who are using the Mobile Application/ Website. In addition, portions of your Account Primary Information (but not your contact information) shall be made public in your networking profile.
We also share information with third party tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Google Map Services, Twillio, AWS (EC2 and S3).
By providing your personal information for inclusion in our database, you acknowledge that you consent to your information being used as described in this Policy. We take measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or inappropriate use by third parties. However, CRICFARE does not control these third parties and we are not responsible for the use of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas. Accordingly, you should ensure that you do not post sensitive information you do not want to disclose.
We use data that provided by you to determine whether you might be interested in services of a particular third party. We show you targeted ads on our Mobile Application/ Website or other sites with which we have a business relationship.
We collect information about you to provide our services. In order for us to best provide our services to you (and to help make it feasible for us to do so), it is essential that we are able to collect and use the information as described in this Policy. This means that the data collection is largely necessary for fulfilling the relationship we have with you, and where that is not the case, we have a legitimate interest in collecting YOUR information.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME AS PER THE INDIAN LAWS AS WELL AS THE EU EGPR GUIDELINES AS SEEN FIT, WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION TO YOU, AND YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION/ WEBSITE WILL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY AMENDMENT TO THESE TERMS. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION DUE TO ERRORS IN TRANSMISSION, UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY ACCESS, OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THE ONUS OF PROTECTING THE CLASSIFIED/ PERSONAL INFORMATION DETAILS OF EVERY USER SOLELY DEPENDS ON THEM AND WE SHALL TAKE NO LIABILITY IN CASE OF ANY BREACH THEREUPON. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY REASON OF ANY DISCLOSURE (INADVERTENT OR OTHERWISE) OF ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THE USER’S ACCOUNT OR FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INACCURACY WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION SO DISCLOSED AND USED WHETHER OR NOT IN PURSUANCE OF A LEGAL PROCESS OR OTHERWISE. YOU PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE. YOU SHOULD NOT SHARE YOUR USER NAME, PASSWORD, OR OTHER SECURITY INFORMATION RELATED TO YOUR CRICFARE ACCOUNT WITH ANYONE. IF WE RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS USING YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD, WE WILL CONSIDER THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED THE INSTRUCTIONS. WE GENERALLY FOLLOW ACCEPTED STANDARDS TO PROTECT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO US, INCLUDING THE USE OF SERVICES FROM THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. THEREFORE, WHILE WE STRIVE TO USE COMMERCIALLY ACCEPTABLE MEANS TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS ABSOLUTE SECURITY AND THEREBY USAGE IN A MANNER THAT IS INCONSISTENT WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
